5. Advertising Spend and Client Responsibilities
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, advertising spend is billed directly by advertising platforms to the client. Clients are responsible for their budgets, offers, products, the accuracy of claims in their advertising, and their own compliance with laws that apply to how they contact consumers and use lead data.
6. Informational Content
Content on the Site, including the ROI calculator, is for general information only and is not legal, financial, tax, or regulatory advice.
7. Intellectual Property
